Manufacturing Capabilities

CNC milling and turning, fabrication, assembly, and finishing for custom electrical, utility, and industrial components. Setup is geared to prototype and short-run work, not high-volume commodity production.

Materials

Carbon and stainless steels, aluminum, brass, copper, tool steels, and engineered plastics. Material selection is part of the conversation — we'll talk through what fits the environment, load, and lifecycle.

Prototype to Short-Run Production

From a single first-article to a few hundred parts. The shop is built for the quantities most teams actually need — no offshore minimums and no long lead-time supply chains.

CAD / CAM and Engineering Support

We can work from full CAD models, 2D drawings, sketches, or a failed part. When a drawing isn't ready, we can help develop one.

Quality and Inspection

Dimensional inspection per drawing requirements. Material certifications available on request. Documentation tailored to the project — including BABA-supporting paperwork for federally funded work.

U.S.-Based Production

Built in Wauconda, Illinois. Domestic supply chain. Direct line to the people machining your part.

Quotes move faster when the package is complete. The list below covers everything we typically need.

What to Send Us

The information that makes a quote fast and accurate.

You don't need everything — but the more of this we have up front, the faster we can come back with a real number and a real timeline.

Drawing or sketch

PDF, DXF, STEP, or even a hand sketch. A photo of the part on graph paper has gotten projects started.

Material

Specific grade if you have it; the application if you don't.

Tolerance requirements

Critical dimensions and tolerances called out on the drawing or in notes.

Quantity

One piece, a pilot batch, or an ongoing short run.

Timeline

When the part is needed in hand — including any outage or commissioning window.

Application context

Where the part installs, what it does, and what load or environment it sees.

Photos of the existing or failed part

If you're replacing something, photos of the failure mode are useful.

Special compliance or field constraints

BABA, NEC considerations, certifications, or access constraints worth knowing up front.
