IFL Manufacturing was set up to do the work that doesn't fit cleanly into high-volume offshore production or generic local job shops. That work tends to look like one of a few things: a replacement part the OEM doesn't make anymore, a custom electrical component for a utility or data center, a field constraint that standard hardware doesn't solve, or a prototype that needs to be right before tooling gets cut.
Jeff Kendall leads the company as President. The shop runs out of Wauconda, Illinois, and is sized for prototype and short-run production — typically one to a few hundred parts. We are deliberately not a high-volume commodity manufacturer.
We're comfortable with drawings, sketches, samples, and photos of failed parts. Most projects start with a real conversation about the application before a number gets quoted.
